    Description

    This auction is for a rare pair of unused 1930's antique tire advertising license plate toppers, marked: GOODRICH - SILVERTOWN - SAFETY LEAGUE - and signed by the maker on the back: MATTHEWS OF PITTSBURGH - Goodrich started heir Silvertown brand of tires in the early 1920's. One for each side of the license plate, these steel and reflective red glass with a mini marble finish toppers are in excellent, never used, mint/near mint condition. Please zoom in on all pictures for details. Each topper measures 5 3/8" by 2 1/4" and the total weight is 2.4 oz.
