Packaging of breakable items & Styrofoam
It's extremely important to me that your breakable items arrive safely and exactly as pictured in the listing. Extra care goes into the cutting and packaging of recycled Styrofoam to fit the various sized needs of each item. I've had a 99.9% success rate so far. But it can and does get a little messy, so I like to recommend opening in a Styrofoam friendly area.
Shipping
All shipping is paid by customers and ships USPS calculated shipping, FedEx or UPS. There is no handling fee for domestic sales and all packages are insured. Combine shipping is available upon request. My goal is to ship no later than the next business day (Monday - Thursday)  after money is received. But please allow up to 3 business days handling time. For life's curve balls. International sales ship through eBay's Global shipping program.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase date. Item must be in the original condition as when received by buyer.
If an item gets damaged during shipping
,
please send me a message through eBay attaching photo's of the damaged item and packaging and I will gladly send you a refund or replacement. On rare occasion it might be possible to replace item, but my inventory is usually limited to 1 so generally a refund should be expected.
