Borg Warner Super T 10 Power Brute . Condition is New. Ok this is a very special 1979 power brute trans . It has never been in a car . It sat on the shelf at a local gm dealer for many years and was sold to the lead mechanic when the dealer closed. He took it hook and put it on a shelf and I recently bought it but decided to go another route on my project. The tag reads AS9 t10x . From what I am told theses transmissions were sold by dealers and speed shops only as a replacement trans to stand up to high rpm or racing . It has 3 groves on the input shaft , 26 fine spline input and 32 spline output shaft same as a turbo 400.the code on the case is wh99
- 1979 . If you have a mid to late 70’s gm car this is the ultimate trans for the period and I don’t think you will ever find one that’s never been installed in car. Still have the cardboard sleeve on the output shaft and the red plastic caps on the threads. I plan to sell this so make me a fair offer. Will ship if needed at cost my best guess is 0.00 in the lower 48
