and transfer agent. Certificate is about 6.5” x 11”. Black print on vellum paper.

The Cleveland & Toledo Rail-Road Company was organized in 1853 with the consolidation of the Junction Railroad Company, the Port Clinton Railroad Company, and the Toledo, Norwalk & Cleveland Railroad Company, all roads running between Cleveland and Toledo, Ohio, along the south shore of Lake Erie.
