Issued (and cancelled) late 19th century railroad financial document with the usual signs of storage, signatures, endorsements, staple marks, cancellations, minor repairs, and folds. (Issued July 1897 and sold into the early 20

century.)

This late into the CV epidemic mail sorting and delivery has become delayed in some parts of the U.S.  This has happened to my incoming mail four times -- ranging from a week late to five weeks late.  Nothing (so far as I know) has been lost.  I send my ebay items by First Class Mail.
