    Description

    I am a business equipment reseller.  This Fletcher cutter is a piece of a large inventory of that I sell for a 5+ year client.  They are a Fortune 500 company so they are big and go through a lot of equipment.  Historically, I can't remember a single item that I sold for them that wanted to be returned or had an issue.

    Cutter is normally 76"x77"x8".  To make shipping possible/affordable, the (5) rivets connecting the rail to the "large triangle" (last photo) were removed and replaced with shallow head stainless steel bolts with locking washers and nuts (photo #8).  This enables easy disassembly and reassembly for shipping purposes.  It can now be shipped on a manageable 76"x40"x8" pallet.  Screws will need to be reinstalled once received but is simple to do so.
    Testing: We are not users of this equipment, so very basic testing performed:  Pulled the "left thumb pull trigger lever" and it moved the 3 rollers behind it that touch the back metal sheet.  Pulled the "right thumb pull trigger" and it moved the "cutter holder" away from where the substrate would be and moved it back when the trigger was released.  The "substrate holder switch lever" moved to tighten when pushed the one way and released to make about a 5/8" gap when rotated the other way.  Appears to work as intended.  Ask for more details if so desired.
    Shipping is free to commercial locations with a dock or forklift.  If dock or forklift is not available, you must pick up at a YRC Freight hub and they will load it onto your truck for no additional charge.  They call you when it arrives and you have about a week to pick it up.  YRC hubs are mostly in big cities, not small cities, so please inquire before purchase if that is your shipping format so I can see how many miles away a YRC hub is from your zip code.
