    Description

    Fletcher 1100 oval and circle mat cutter, with instructions, glass cutting head, straight blade cutter head (for mats), and other parts as shown. The hold down bar is missing a clamp on one end  - readily replaceable with shop parts.
    Otherwise the cutter appears complete and ready for use.
