Why is shipping so expensive and it takes so long?
A:  It is an over sized package and it have to be picked up by Freight tracking company. Regular shipping companies (EX: FED EX/UPS/USPS) that ships small boxes will not take it due to the size. Also due to the size of the package, shipping time slows down as well. We do not make any money on shipping.
Is my order insured and what to do if item is received DAMAGED?
A:  Yes your order is 100% insured. Yes you need to do the following to cover yourself under the shipping insurance.
Open and inspect the parts in front of the driver, he is your witness (Check your parts even if the box is not broken or damaged, a lot of damages occurs with the box show no signs of damage)
If the part is broken or damaged, write "damage upon delivery" on the freight receiving slip and refuse it.
