I can't be certain, but this Logan model 201 Oval & Circle mat cutter appears unused.
The box has some mild shelf wear and been opened.....beyond that, everything is complete.
Original inner packaging, which lifts up and stores 4 untouched mat boards, a package of sealed blades, and the part that slides onto end of tool.
The instruction sheet present and it has the round "wheel" still taped to front.
Per sticker on front of box, originally priced at .95.
Handy tool!
I no longer get immediate access to my money, per eBay's new "payment management".
