    Description

    With backplates.
    Both have numbers on the back, it reads 9231-A.
    Vintage Pair, 2 Count License Plate Frames Holders.
    These are antique vintage holders. The Backs attached to the front by screws, 4 screws to each unit. These are missing four screws. The black back plates are Rusty scratched and the paint is peeling. The chrome front surround are scratched have corrosion and pitting. The front metal is Chrome chromed some kind of metal not rusting, but there is rust stains from the back plate and the screws on the chrome front surrounds. please see all the pictures. still shiny. These are both Dusty dirty scratched hand marked and need to be cleaned and shined up.
    Somebody used a tapered screw instead of a machine screw in one of the holes oh, I'm not sure what hole it is.
