HERE IS A VERY NICE VINTAGE DEXTER MAT CUTTER IN IT'S ORIGINAL BOX AND WITH ORIGINAL INSTRUCTIONS.  THE BOX HAS SOME PAPER LOSS AND MASKING TAPE APPLIED IN SPOTS.  THE CUTTER IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND COMES WITH 1 BLADE
